Print and Distribute our flyers throughout your community

These flyers are provided so you can print them out (you need Adobe Acrobat reader to print the .pdf files), xerox them, and distribute them through your area as much as you can. Hand them out to breastfeeding mothers, give them to your doctors offices, hand them out at La Leche League meetings, etc. -- just get the word out. (The flyers look best when printed on aqua, turquoise, teal, blue, or green paper, but white is fine too!)

Inform your local media about the National Nurse Out

Fax or email our press release information to your local newspapers, television and radio stations, and other information distributors in your area. You can get the e-mail addresses and other contact information for ALL your local media through http://www.digital-neighbors.com. From the home page, click on your state and then search for your city. On the right side of the city page should be a link to TV and Radio.
